- A properly rebuilt engine is as good or better than a new one because a seasoned block has less tendency to change and warp.
- This is a totaly remanufactured block and we perform all the work listed below!
- We have a Wheel Horse pictured but have blocks for most applications.

- This is a custom built item when ordered so current time to ship is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. ( Do not order if you can not wait for us to build!)
- ( CORE ) A returned core is required for this item, but we pay return shipping on core! You can ship core back before we ship new block , or pay a refundable core charge up front ( same as any autoparts store ) and return core after your new block is installed
- ( NOTE ) BALANCE GEARS ARE $40 EXTRA AND DO INCLUDE NEW BEARINGS AND YOU MUST SPECIFY AND PAY $40 WHEN ORDERING IF YOU WANT US TO INSTALL THEM.

- ? Blocks are acid dipped and sand blasted before starting
- All machined surfaces are flattened
- All blocks are bored oversize or sleeved and bored to standard
- Valves, guides, and valve seats are remachined for a precision fit and set to our specs!
- Crank is reground undersize or welded and ground to std. Some pto ends have minor repair as needed.
- Cam and lifters are reconditioned.
- All blocks are assembled with new pistons, rings, rod, govenor gear, compression spring, gaskets, and seals.
- Then we install new points and steel plunger and set!

 This is a custom built ar-10 upper for the Armalite platform. I started with an Armalite compatible AR flattop upper machined from 7075 t6 aluminum. I have have one of these uppers for over 3 years and find it really good quality. Next I installed a genuine Armalite 20" barrel assembly I had perchased for my own build but then had a change of plans. This barrel assembly cost me $375 by itself. Barrel is: Caliber: .308/7.62 X 51mm NATO
Barrel: 20" Chrome Lined, 4140 steel, M-4 Feed Ramps
Rifling Twist: RH 1:11/25"
Finish: Manganese Phosphated Steel I next fitted with an EGW FREE FLOAT handguard which is good quality and lite weight plus has a textured feel to it.. Gas block is a Picatinny Rail steel clamp on from Armalite as well as the flash hider. This upper is lite and grip has a nice feel to it. Pics were taken with a bolt in as it looked better but bolt is NOT included. This isn not a complete upper and you will have to supply bolt, we prefer Armalites. Let me repeat as bolt IS NOT included. We accept credit card over the phone or we can send an invoice for Pay Pal and both have a 3% fee. We also accept postal money orders or cashiers check.All of our uppers are test fired before shipping and we do polish feed ramps if needed! |
