About Our engines

We are not the average shop. Our engines are precision remachined to oversize and undersize and new replacement parts used to bring back to factory new specs. This is not a rering job which just has a short life. I see people claiming a rering is just as good but quite the opposite.

A used engine already has a worn bore so then when it is honed out the bore gets even bigger so just installing new rings or even a new piston and rings the piston actually flops loose in bore and wears faster causing engine to wear out quickly not to mention it really never had a tight seal as a bored engine would.

Current lead times to rebuild are 6 to 12 weeks depending on motor as this is busy season. Also we never have engines ready ever as there are too many variations.

A Note About Our Products !!!

All products are custom built when ordered!

Single cylinder engines currently average 7 weeks to build and Twin cylinder engines take about 12 weeks. Engines have dozens of variations so we build to your application. Also good usable parts in todays world are an issue. Pulling engines usually take a little longer to build!
